BRC Food Safety Global Standard Internal Auditor Training aims to identify the responsibilities of internal auditors and to convey to the participants how they will play a role in maintaining and developing the management system effectively. The aim of this course is to provide an understanding of how BRC Food standard items can be interpreted correctly, to examine the related documents and to get accurate objective evidence and to classify the findings correctly.
The 7th edition of the BRC Food standard, first published by the British retailers consortium in the UK in 1998, was published as of January 2015 and started to be implemented as of July 2015.
